The graphic designer is responsible for working with the content and account management
team of the respective business units to build high-quality design systems and graphics that are
unique to the client and form part of an effective visual & design strategy
Responsibilities:
1. Creative vision and design solutions:
You will work with the client, account management and content team to create excellent
artwork, visual systems/design and graphics work for your set of clients. You must be
familiar with the latest design trends, styles and suggest upgrades to the client on a
periodic basis
2. Delivery
You will ensure TAT is adhered to for any assets. Ensure you have the right brief and ask
the right questions to have a complete picture of the ask.
Ensure all design is safe to publish, checked and adheres to brand. Zero tolerance for
plagiarism and fundamental errors.
3. Quality:
Reduce rework to minimum or zero. Ensure briefing and work planning is done
effectively and work is done in line with the expectations. You will need to get and
record client appreciation of the work for yourself. You will need to also create and
enable award-winning work for your clients.
4. Innovation:
In partnership with the account and content leads, identify opportunities and risks for
delivering better design solutions, including identifying opportunities for up-sell.
Implement tools (eg use AI tools) /processes to improve speed of delivery and quality
5. Responsiveness & Communication:
Collaborate actively with clients, internal teams and other similar stakeholders to ensure
that design supports the message and is desired by clients. Ensure all mails /
communication is responded to within 2 hours and you are setting expectations of the
correct delivery time.
