We are looking for experienced Social Media Strategist, who has a deep understanding of marketing with proven experience in branding, social media, and digital marketing in Account management. We are looking for leaders who can manage complex marketing programs with confidence and ease.
Requirements:
- Expert in managing end to end Social Media Programs for B2B enterprise brands- digital + content +design
- Hands-on experience in running and managing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Understand client goals, align the project to meet those goals. This also requires a fair degree of stress management and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of the digital landscape and how it can be used to drive acquisition and revenue.
- Proactive customer management: Should be comfortable working with global clients, be a proactive communicator, and nurture relationships
- Internal resource management: Should be able to work with consulting, creative, brand, content, and technology teams. Essentially engage with them – help them find a solution and inspire them.
- Experience in budgeting, reporting, and analysis.
- Understanding and resolving project bottlenecks to keep projects on time and within budget
- Proficiency using tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and other reporting and analytics tool, including social media automation and scheduling platforms
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of marketing experience, working with a brand or an agency
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Prior team management experience
