Role Overview
This role sits at the center of Zensciences’ working directly with leadership to drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across marketing, growth, client pitches, and internal programs.
You will act as a force multiplier for leadership—owning initiatives end-to-end, bringing structure to ambiguity, and ensuring critical programs move from idea to execution.
This is not a specialist role. It is a generalist, high-ownership role designed for individuals who want deep exposure to how a leading B2B marketing firm is built, run, and scaled.
What You Will Do:
1. Leadership Leverage
- Act as an extension of leaders in day-to-day execution
- Prepare briefs, decks, POVs, and decision notes
- Track priorities, follow-ups, and cross-team dependencies
- Step in wherever leadership bandwidth is constrained
2. Strategy, Research & Insights
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research
- Support positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy development
- Create sharp synthesis documents and recommendations
- Support thought leadership and POV creation
3. Program & Initiative Management
- Run cross-functional programs across strategy, design, content, digital, and accounts
- Own timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, and outcomes
- Ensure high-quality execution across teams
- Identify risks early and unblock teams proactively
4. Pitches, Proposals & Growth Support
- Build and coordinate client pitches and proposals
- Work with creative, strategy, and account teams to shape winning narratives
- Support pricing, scoping, and packaging discussions
- Ensure pitch excellence and consistency
5. Marketing & Brand Support
- Support Zensciences’ own marketing initiatives
- Help execute campaigns, events, content, and partnerships
- Coordinate internal marketing programs and launches
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years post-MBA (or equivalent high-agency experience)
- Strong structured thinking and problem-solving ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
- Strong program management and follow-through
- Bias for action, ownership, and accountability
- Ability to work directly with senior leadership
