Key Responsibilities:
- Understand hiring needs in alignment with business objectives and ensure a strategic approach to talent acquisition.
- Create customized job descriptions tailored to each position, ensuring clarity and role alignment.
- Develop and execute recruitment and talent strategies to fill roles within a two-week timeframe.
- Maintain a proactive talent pipeline while staying attuned to evolving business needs.
- Champion college placements by building strong relationships with universities and attracting top emerging talent.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to closure, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint to enhance employer brand perception.
- Strive for a drop-off rate of less than 5% by implementing engagement strategies.
- Build and maintain dashboards that provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making in people management.
- Ensure an exceptional employee experience, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.
- Continuously improve the quality of hires by refining assessment processes and aligning recruitment strategies with business goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a marketing agency or related industry.
- Proven track record of closing positions within tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with business needs.
- Experience in campus hiring and relationship-building with educational institutions.
- Proficiency in creating and analyzing recruitment dashboards to guide hiring decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools like Hiro(Keka).
