We are looking for a Design Lead to lead one of its visual design teams. The candidate will be responsible for the creative direction and execution of campaigns and concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Creative Direction: The candidate needs to own and evolve the creative direction of campaigns and creative concepts for clients.
- Innovate: To be successful the candidate needs to constantly challenge oneself and the team to deliver creative solutions and breakthrough ideas.
- Inspire and build the creative team: The candidate will manage 3- 5 creative graphic designers. The responsibility of the candidate is to inspire and grow this team further and build a culture of design excellence
- Collaboration: Work with clients, consulting, copy and account management teams to deliver first time right solutions
- Process and cadence: Build predictability from a quality and throughput standpoint. Manage the throughput of the team
- Mentor and build high performing teams: Hire, manage and mentor high performing creative teams
Experience
- 6-7 years of experience across reputed agencies
- Handled teams of over 5 graphic designers/art directors
- Worked with F500 brands
