Zensciences worked with Walmart to refresh its digital and associate (internal employee) experience in order to fuel its hyper-growth phase, in India.
To better articulate its tech brand proposition in India, Zensciences partnered with Walmart’s communications, strategy and leadership teams to understand gaps in its narrative with a brand audit that explored sentiments and attributes both from an inside-out and outside-in perspective.
Our insights showed that, despite being a global leader, the organization had to carve its own distinct localized value proposition to engage, attract and retain talent in India, given the limited pool of tech-talent. Based on this key insight, Zensciences worked with the Walmart team to define the employer value proposition and the digital communication strategy spread out over a 12 month period.
The refreshed tech-brand narrative was further established across media, including the launch of an India specific website and a digital magnification across social media, leadership branding and internal brand communication resulting in 75% growth across digital media engagement.
