Since its founding in 2012, L&T Technology Services (LTTS) has been growing rapidly as a leading player in the engineering and R&D services segment. However, as it approached critical size and approached the markets to further fund its growth story – it needed a differentiated market positioning and a brand refresh.
Zensciences worked with LTTS to recraft their brand narrative, refresh their brand design systems and help establish relevance in the market. As part of its integrated research approach, Zensciences did a gap-analysis of the brand, its offerings and perception within employees, leaders and customers. With a highly involved leadership team and focused boardroom discussions, we were able to craft the vision, mission and value statements for the first time for the organization.
Entrenched in the belief that the ‘curiosity of an engineer’ shapes the contours of a better future, we crafted a strategy to steer the positioning that has been relentlessly driven across stakeholders, media,
sales, offerings and brand communication.
The positioning has been a rallying cry for the organization, driving a new growth wave that has led them to become an industry and global leader in Engineering R&D services. We continue to work with LTTS to maintain relevancy and accelerate growth through brand innovation, design and storytelling.
