An IT services company, Korcomptenz (founded in 2003) is a total technology transformation provider in the areas of ERP, CRM, infrastructure management, and cloud.

Problem Statement

While technology is the strong suit for many, what made Korcomptenz different in the market? In the words of their customers, leaders as well as employees – trust and personalization. Being completely focused on customers is what has helped them become successful in their industry.

While their existing customers not only know this, but also endorse it, how do we establish the same sentiment with potential customers?

We were asked to bring this story of ‘customer-centricity’ to the spotlight. This led to the creation of a new brand position as well as a whole new visual identity.

The research involved extensive interview sessions with a large number of their customers across the globe, technology partners and company leaders. This was to understand what the current standing of the brand was and what their perception of the brand was.

The findings and observations are then what shaped the next steps of improving their brand identity.

Thereafter, to bring the new brand positioning to life, we crafted a vibrant verbal and visual identity. To match the elevated brand promise, we developed various design assets from the new logo, brand colors, gradient, typography, icons, shapes, patterns, and image styles, and also tested their extensibility across digital assets.
